Nutritional therapy is a combination of biochemistry, nutrition science and lifestyle adjustments aimed at optimising health and wellness.

My nutritional therapy programmes encompass dietary counselling and nutrition and lifestyle assessments. This enables us to address underlying imbalances which may be affecting your health, rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

Bespoke nutrition & wellness programmes
 

(online & in-person in London)

Your programme is tailored to suit your unique needs and to help you achieve your self-care and wellness goals. 

 

Your programme may include more frequent sessions and check-ins and additional elements such as wellness coaching, self-care session and tutorials (including yoga, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra etc).

To give you an idea of what to expect, typically a 3-month programme will consist of the following appointments: 

  • 1 x 2 hr initial consultation

  • 2 x 1 hr follow up (at 2 & 3 months)

  • 3 x 30 min check-in (between initial / follow-ups)

  • 6 x 15 min mini check-in (between initial /follow-ups)

Option 1

2 hour wellness tune-up

This bespoke session is designed to help you refocus your self-care, nutrition and life goals.  We work together to review your current situation, increase your knowledge and confidence and create new goals and habits to move you forward. Ideal as a kick-start session or a refresh. 

Option 2

3-month gut health reset programme

This 3-month programme is designed to help you transform your gut health using a targeted functional medicine approach. 

It involves an intensive gut clearance protocol that targets unpleasant, nagging gut-related issues you may have been suffering with for years. Your symptoms may include bloating, constipation, excess gas, reflux and discomfort. 

Functional medicine is about identifying root causes and balancing systems of the body, including the digestive system.  Your gut health also impacts your mental health, skin, immunity and many other functions. 

This gut transformation programme uses targeted nutritional, digestive enzyme and probiotic formulas, which, in addition to a targeted food plan, can support the normalisation of healthy gut function.

Option 3

3-month female hormone reset programme​
 

This is a one-to-one three-month hormone reset programme for women aged 40+.

 

Whether you are perimenopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal, this programme is designed to support you through your hormonal changes and associated symptoms.

This programme takes a holistic view of your health, considering the body as a dynamic set of interconnected systems that all have the potential to influence each other.

The menopausal journey is concerned with sex hormones (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone) as well as gut health, adrenals, thyroid, blood sugar balance, oestrogen metabolism and biotransformation processes too.

 

By taking a broad view of your health, the body is well placed to move seamlessly through this hormonal journey.

Option 4

Nutritional therapy programme 3 or 6 months +

Nutritional therapy has a wide range of applications including support for metabolic health, hormone health, weight management, sleep, fatigue and chronic illness. 

 

This personalised nutritional therapy programme, encompasses dietary counselling and nutrition and lifestyle assessments. This enables us to address underlying imbalances which may be affecting your health, rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

We focus on natural, science-based interventions to address your health imbalances and help you achieve your health goals. 

Option 5

Wellness consultation & coaching programme 3 or 6 months +

This tailored programme focuses on supporting your mental, physical and emotional health.  We work together to develop a personalised whole-self wellness plan based on your self-care needs and life goals. 

 

Typical areas of focus include fulfilment, managing stress and burnout, building resilience, education including nutrition advice and introduction to tools and resources to support your wellness.

Option 6

Nutrition and wellness programme 3 or 6 months +

This tailored online programme combines nutritional therapy and personalised wellness. It is designed for those seeking a more comprehensive programme of support to help them identify target areas and achieve lasting change. 

 

The programme is created around you and will include dietary counselling and nutrition and lifestyle assessments as well as a focus on your self-care and wellness.
